I trained as a physician in India and have practiced medicine across the UAE for over a decade — in family clinics, hospitals, occupational health, and a psychiatry ward.

Somewhere along the way, I noticed that the people caring for patients and keeping essential industries running were often quietly under pressure. So I studied further: an MBA in Healthcare Management, a Master's in Psychotherapy & Counselling, certifications in Healthcare Quality, Emotional Intelligence, and NLP.

Today I split my time between clinical practice, consulting with organisations whose people work under pressure, coaching physicians, leaders, and frontline supervisors, speaking at conferences, and writing — Doctors at Jeopardy is my long-form attempt to name what's broken and what we can rebuild.
